Director Existing Accounts, Software Sales

Job Summary:  WebQA is seeking a Director of Sales to manage Existing Accounts and lead Account Sales Team in building long-term relationships with our public sector clients. Through these relationships, the Account Sales Team coordinates with the GovQA Product Team to introduce new and other software products to our public sector customers and to evangelize our public sector top technologies.

The ideal person will be an experienced manager that is familiar with SaaS-based applications, public sector sales account management, and fast-paced organizational growth. This position is located in the WebQA headquarters in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.


  • Sell new products to existing GovQA accounts throughout North America
  • Manage and grow the GovQA public sector account sales team
  • Grow relationships with the leaders of our existing large public sector accounts

  • 10+ years of software sales experience

Software Implementation Engineer

Job Summary: 

The Software Implementation Engineer is expected to develop a thorough understanding of the business operations and technologies that GovQA products support for government customers. This will involve comprehending CRM techniques, Economic Development strategies, Community Development processes (licensing, code enforcement, permitting, planning, zoning), and Open Records Processing rules and regulations within each state.


  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of multiple project implementations and people including obtaining data, configuring system, fine-tuning the system with the client, testing, training and accepting the system.
  • Communicate plans, progress and status to client and to management.
  • Create strong relationships with clients throughout the implementation.
  • Identify project risks and work with the team/management to create solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Complete post-implementation tasks and customer service follow-ups.
  • Introduce client to other products and services that may assist the client.
  • Periodically contact client to help sustain and grow the client relationship.
  • Assist with the testing of new products and/or releases.
  • Build effective working relationships with all functional areas of WebQA.

Account Executive, Government Software

Job Summary: 

We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced, Account Executive to join our leading nationwide team and build deeper relationships with existing accounts within our national state and local government markets.  Focus will be specifically around our Compliance Suite of software products that are servicing the country’s largest cities, counties and state agencies.  This individual may have considerable consulting and business process improvement experience.

In this Account Executive position, your responsibility will be to call on our key government customers (Managers, CIO’s, etc.) to discover how our compliance tools can help these organizations efficiently handle special and intricate processing requests. This is a solutions-oriented consultative relationship that will involve in-depth discussions with state and local governments.

You will be supported by multiple products that are market leaders, hundreds of references and a team of professionals in our Woodridge, Illinois offices. Our modern approach to sales and service allows us to connect with prospects online or by phone daily; build relationships through online demos and webinars; and close deals by working with legal departments and buyers over the web. We then customize, implement and train using a portfolio of online technologies.

We are specifically looking for a PROVEN solution-oriented Account Executives in the Government Software area that is comfortable with web and SaaS technologies, can grow relationships with our existing customers and can demonstrate a solid understanding of account support and Microsoft tools.


      • College Degree (Masters preferred)
      • 4+ years of account management or consulting experience (ideally in the public sector
