Members of WebQA’s Management team have comprehensive backgrounds in technology, consulting, government and commercial grade high-volume transaction processing.
John Dilenschneider, CEO
Mr. John Dilenschneider is CEO of WebQA and leads the company’s strategic direction and partnerships. His more than 35 year career includes successful initiatives as an entrepreneur and senior executive in the financial, technology and government marketplaces. As a software entrepreneur, Mr. Dilenschneider has started and grown three main corporations and acquired four companies. He has sold some of these organizations, including industry leading ICG Consulting, to the world’s largest private equity firms.  As a senior executive, he has developed new products and businesses for Ameritech, Touche Ross, First Chicago, and Anexsys, LLC (a US Bank and JP Morgan Chase technology joint venture where he was president).  Mr. Dilenschneider holds a BA, with Honors, from the University of Notre Dame in American Studies and Spanish as a Notre Dame Scholar; an MBA from the University of Chicago in Marketing and Finance; and, an MS, with Distinction, from DePaul University in Computer Science.  He has finished 68th in the Chicago Marathon.
Gregory Pengiel, CTO
Mr. Gregory Pengiel is co-founder of WebQA and is responsible for its overall technical vision and strategy. His 20 year career involves the introduction and deployment of emerging technologies into government, insurance and banking marketplaces for Fortune 500 companies, technology-based startups and many local governments. Mr. Pengiel has founded a number of startup ventures. These include SuiteOne Media, which provides an easy to use and cost-effective agenda and meeting management solution for all organizations, as well as HelpFirst, a business to consumer (B2C) SaaS firm that managed online customer support for a variety of firms across the country. Mr. Pengiel holds a BS, with High Honors, in Mathematics and in Computer Science from Illinois Wesleyan University.
William Repole, COO/CPO
Mr. William Repole is co-founder of WebQA and responsible for overall operations, product leadership, development and support. He has more than 20 years of information technology, product management and project management experience with emphasis in the financial, insurance and government marketplaces. Mr. Repole has significant experience building companies. Prior to WebQA, he expanded Project Management Partners, Inc. into a multi-million dollar business process consultancy that assisted Fortune 1000 companies in workflow and business strategies; and, in the 1990′s, he spearheaded the growth of Ameritech Information System’s document imaging business. Early in his career, while working with Subject, Wills & Co, a leading provider of technology solutions to middle market companies, Mr. Repole helped pioneer the development of one of the first commercially available document imaging platforms. Mr. Repole holds a BS from Northwestern University in Industrial Engineering.
Jennifer Snyder, Chief Sales Officer
Ms. Jennifer Snyder is responsible for WebQA’s overall sales and marketing programs. Since 2007, she has grown WebQA into one of the fastest-growing private software companies in Illinois. Throughout her 25 year career, Ms. Snyder has focused on customer account and service management for top technology and manufacturing companies. As Vice President and Manager of Inside Sales, she spearheaded business development initiatives at SuzoHapp and Panduit managing groups locally and globally for these industry leading organizations. In addition, Ms. Snyder has over 10 years of experience working with state and local governments around transparency, security and compliance technologies and is a recognized authority, speaker, and author on how multi-channel and multi-media workflow technologies impact municipalities. Ms. Snyder graduated with high Honors from Robert Morris College in Sales and Marketing. She holds multiple certifications is sales, customer and service management.
Kevin O’Brien, VP Client Services
Mr. Kevin O’Brien is Vice President of Client Services and leads WebQA’s Implementation and Support teams. He has 30 years of experience in customer care and operations with expertise delivering and supporting technology solutions for the public sector. As Vice President of Client Services and Operations for Follett, and Vice President of Client Services for a JP Morgan Chase/US Bank joint venture subsidiary, Mr. O’Brien has optimized operations and delivered high touch customer service to hundreds of schools cities, counties, and states. While with the banks he headed up support for the US Treasury’s nationwide electronic payment platform, as well as many commercial Treasury Services customers. Mr. O’Brien earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. He has served as a youth soccer and/or baseball coach for 20 years.
Jolie Dubinski, Director of Sales
Ms. Jolie Dubinski is Director of Sales and leads the sales team in expanding the WebQA client footprint throughout the U.S. Over her 20-year career, she has been focused on sales and customer service. Jolie has extensive experience in technology and has over 15 years of experience selling to all sizes of government agencies. In addition, Jolie has hired, developed and trained many successful sales teams. Jolie studied Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin Fox Valley. She has several certifications in facilitating, coaching and sales.
Kimberly Sullivan, Director of Finance and Operations
Ms. Kimberly Sullivan is the Director of Finance and Operations for WebQA. She is responsible for all aspects of WebQA financial management and human resources. During her 20 year career, Ms. Sullivan has led financial planning, accounting and Human Resource departments for a variety of information technology companies – primarily in the software industry addressing the government and insurance marketplaces. She has held several positions within CPA firms and most recently she held the position of Director of Finance for the software company, Realtime Services. Ms. Sullivan’s past experience includes working for CPA firms with a focus in the government sector and corporate tax. Ms. Sullivan holds a BS from Valparaiso University in Accounting.
Chris Woods, Director of Technology
Mr. Chris Woods is the Director of Technology and leads WebQA’s software development teams. He has 8 plus years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting SaaS services in the public and private sectors. This includes custom integrations and development for Fortune 1000 companies and top government agencies across the United States. Mr. Woods earned his degree from Elmhurst College, IL.
Anthony Franciskovich, Director of Application Security
Mr. Anthony Franciskovich is responsible for leading the application security efforts of WebQA’s Software Engineering Department. In his 20+ years of experience, he has held leadership positions with The University of Chicago, US Biometrics, Thomson Financial and most recently he was Chief Technology Officer for Online Business Applications, a Bio-Pharma SaaS vendor. In addition, Mr. Franciskovich is a Cyber Space Officer with the Illinois Air National Guard. His current role is Base Communications Commander for the 183rdFighter Wing; leading the men and women who secure the wing’s network infrastructure. Mr. Franciskovich is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a BS in Computer Science, with Honors, from Governors State University.
Chris Musielak, Director of Strategic Accounts
Mr. Chris Musielak is the Director of Strategic Accounts and leads GovQA’s effort in customer expansion and retention. He has over a decade’s experience in Enterprise SaaS applications focused on the Public Sector. He led GovQA’s push into the government transparency space by expanding the GovQA Compliance Suite. His passion for assisting Public Safety organizations led him to Geofeedia, a SaaS startup focused on location-based intelligence, where he drove solution expansion in the Western half of the United States. Mr. Musielak earned his bachelor’s degree from Benedictine University in Business Administration.
